\u201cWe\u2019re bringing cargo in for the International Red Cross and World Food Programme. So this is delaying the arrival of their relief supplies.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGetting cargo trucked here is very difficult, but once the monsoon season starts it will get even worse. So it\u2019s absolutely vital to get supplies in as soon as possible.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
